These private sessions are tailored entirely to you. Together, we’ll explore the areas of your life that need attention—nutrition, rest, movement, mindset, work and daily rhythms. Using a holistic approach, we’ll create a sustainable plan that suits your lifestyle and honours your unique body and needs.

How it works
We will have an initial 15 minute free consultation call to discuss your needs and get a clear picture of your current lifestyle, goals, and challenges. Followed by six one-to-one sessions scheduled weekly or twice monthly, depending on your pace and preference. This format offers consistent support, time for integration, and space for real transformation. Sessions are held online or in person (where available).
