Each session features gentle stretching for relaxation, freshly prepared treats with recipes to enjoy at home, and resource sheets on well-being topics sent to participants by email. The Pause can be booked by individuals or community groups and is fully tailored to meet the unique needs of each group.

The Pause is an indoor experience, suitable for any quiet, comfortable space. Sessions are hosted in community venues or can be brought to your group’s own space (ideal for local organizations or social groups).

This workshop is ideal for anyone seeking a gentle re-set—whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, in need of structure, or just want to create more time for yourself. It’s suitable for all ages and abilities, and no experience is needed.

Yes! The Pause is available for community groups, support networks, and organizations. If your group can provide a suitable indoor space, I’ll bring everything else needed for a calm, uplifting experience.

Booking for individuals opens seasonally through the website. For community or group bookings, please contact me directly to arrange dates and details.

Just wear comfortable clothing, and bring a yoga mat or towel for the stretching portion. A water bottle and a notebook for reflection can be helpful too, but are optional.

If you’re attending a 6-week block and miss a session, you’ll still receive the email resource sheet and recipe. While refunds aren’t available for missed sessions, I’m happy to share tips so you can continue your practice at home.
