Terms & conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully prior to attending an event.
1. Scope of Service
Attendance at any organised event provides holistic well-being support through group activity &
community and encourages a routine of self-care practices. This is not a substitute for medical
advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with your GP or healthcare provider before
making significant changes to your diet or health routine.
2. Booking & Payment
All events must be booked in advance.
Full payment is required to confirm your session.
Payments are non-refundable. Transfer of payment to a future event MAY be possible and is at the
discretion of Jenn Fitzgerald.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
4. Confidentiality
All personal information shared during sessions is treated with the utmost respect and
confidentiality. Your data will not be shared with any third party without your explicit written
consent, unless required by law.
5. Client Responsibility
You are responsible for your own health and well-being.
6. Nature-Based Sessions
For events outdoors or by the sea, please dress appropriately for the weather. While every effort is
made to ensure your safety and comfort, participation in nature-based sessions is at your own risk.
