Cancellation policy
I understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans sometimes change. To ensure fairness for all participants and allow time to offer your place to someone else, the following cancellation terms apply to all services:
Retreats and Workshops (including “Retreat to the Sea” and “The Pause”):
- Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund or the option to transfer to a future date (subject to availability).
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, but where possible, your booking may be transferred to a friend or family member. Please notify me in advance if someone else will attend in your place.
Private Group Bookings & Seasonal Events:
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% may be required to secure group bookings.
- Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event will receive a refund (excluding the deposit).
- Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable due to preparation costs and limited availability.
Corporate Wellness Sessions & Bespoke Experiences:
- A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required to reschedule.
- Cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice may incur a fee of 50% of the agreed rate, unless otherwise discussed.
In the event of cancellation by Jenn:
If I need to cancel a session or event due to unforeseen circumstances (such as severe weather, illness, or minimum numbers not being met), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
